"I've stayed in lots of motels over the years, and this was the most disappointing of them all. The room and bed were malodorous, the furniture stained, the fixtures shabby and in poor repair, the tub was grungy and rust stained, and the toilet flush was weak, clogging twice in one overnight stay. But my biggest complaint is with management: we had booked a four night stay, but during the first night there we experienced a family emergency that meant we had to cut our stay in the area short. When I explained this to the front desk staff the next morning I was told that they could not alter the original booking on site, but needed authorization from Expedia. I reached out Expedia online and they contacted the property, only to be told that "only the property manager could alter the booking" and they were not on the property. So I ended up paying for three nights for an empty, poor quality motel room, all because none of the property staff was willing to take responsibility for trying to work with me to resolve this issue. I will never stay in another Quality Inn, and I don't recommend that anyone else do either."
