I have been here 5 1/2 weeks. The view is exactly as pictured and all the rooms are as pictured. The outdoor kitchen was nice and big and the pool was very nice. I didn't use the workout room, but there is one there with the basic equipment. There is a laundry room downstairs -- I never had an issue getting a washer/dryer and the cost was $1.00 a load per machine. All the appliances worked and it was very clean. The owner answered any questions/issues I had very quickly. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Port Arthur/Orange area for work or anyone that needs a nice spot to relax for a weekend. ##### Brooke A. The property was very quiet at night, and everything worked as expected. Staying on Pleasure Island helped me avoid 30min of traffic every day on the MLK bridge / Port Arthur! Well worth it.The owners did a good job stocking the condo with cookware. Internet and A/C all worked fine.I'd gladly sign up for this place again next time I need one in the area.Laundry was coin-op, but the machines all worked and seemed to be maintained. ##### Mark C.
