Pornic is captivated by its lively port, its castle overlooking the ocean, and its picturesque narrow streets. Thanks to the proximity of beaches, coastal paths, and an authentic atmosphere, your accommodation benefits from a privileged location for a relaxing stay on the Jade Coast, and to explore Pornic on foot or by bicycle.   
  
"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people.   
  
It has two bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony.   
  
On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a French press, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living-dining room has a television and a WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.   
  
Enjoy the intimate terrace, without overlooking neighbours, equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Also available: a hairdryer, a shopping trolley and childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison charmante et fonctionnelle, idéale pour nous (1 couple, 1 enfant). Très bien située. Nous avons fait de belles balades à Pornic. Accueil très agréable par Isabelle, avec de très bons conseils de restaurants ou pour le stationnement de la voiture.

On a passé un agréable séjour. Très bien placé, un peu petit mais bien aménagé pour 2 adultes, 2 enfants. Très propre, et une charmante décoration. L'accueil était sympathique également. Une bonne adresse a retenir.

Schönes Ferienhaus, in ruhiger, aber stadtnaher Lage. Strand, Hafen, Markt,.. alles prima zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings ist Pornic etwas hügelig. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Duschen und die Toilette unten sind etwas klein, die Sitzmöbel könnten bequemer sein. Aber insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

#### Belle semaine à Pornic

Le logement était agréable et très calme. Étant venu en train et circulant toujours à pieds nous avons trouvé Pornic un peu trop vallonné avec beaucoup d’escaliers. Malgré tout nous avons aimé le marché du dimanche et jeudi matin très bien achalandé. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant Marius, la crêperie Rit ainsi que la plage la plus proche . Le temps a été magnifique durant toute la semaine

Un vrau bemol avec la prochédure de paiement : beaucpup de mails demandant de régler le solde alors que la date imite n'est pas atteinte, beaucpoup de mail exigeant le dépôt de la caution alors que l'nonce précide qu'elle est due à l'arrivée. Jack nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec beaucoup de gentillesse et une grande disponibilité. La maison est très jolie et bien agencée et dispose de tout le nécessaire en terme d'équipement. Le lit adulte pourrait gagner en confort avec un matelas plus ferme et confortable. Le dépôt des poubelles reste très éloigné du logement.
