    A former post house (1848), renovated with environmentally friendly materials and energy performance BBC, the house has 2 large upstairs family room (Room ARMOR: 25 m2, 1 bed 2 people (large) with bunk beds sleeps 3 , 1 coffee table and armchairs, 1 private bathroom with toilet, internet access, wifi / Room ARGOAT. 18 m2, 1 bed 2 people, 1 bed sofa bed 2 persons, 1 shower with sink, toilet, internet access , free wifi. Possibility of providing bed linen

    On the ground floor, it offers a living space of 25 m2 equipped with Godin stove and oven, a dishwasher, a table for 10 people, a corner cabinet in oak with crockery, cutlery and utensils for 9 people .dropoff window

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, wir haben uns gut erholen können. Die Nähe zum Meer war perfekt und auch die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Un "charme" bien surfait

"Ancien et bien refait" peut rimer avec "charmant". Vieux, humide, moisi, collant, moyennement propre et plein de toiles d'araignée, y compris à l'intérieur des armoires, franchement pas. Soyons justes: l'emplacement est calme; les deux chambres, grandes et assez confortables malgré leur mobilier de bric et de broc; le bord de mer (très beau) est effectivement à 400 m à pied et on peut garer 1 voiture devant la maisonnette. La terrasse, petite et sans BBQ, est intime et son mobilier correct. La TV à écran plat permet de regarder l'un des nombreux DVD fournis par le propriétaire, hélas stockés dans un buffet suintant et puant d'humidité, qu'on hésite à ouvrir pour ne pas s'y coller les doigts... Le rez-de-chaussée se résume à une petite pièce sombre et humide, où deux vieux fauteuils dont Emmaüs ne voudrait pas, râpés et gonflés d'humidité comme des éponges, tiennent lieu de salon; des chaises paillées aux coussins douteux entourent une vieille table; une gazinière hors d'âge, chapeautée d'une hotte en panne et complétée d'un éclairage de fortune, permet de cuisiner, si on a le courage de manger dans un tel décor, après avoir dû relaver toute la vaisselle dépareillée, rangée sale par les locataires précédents: voici la pièce où il faudra vous réfugier en cas de mauvais temps. Et le poêle à pellets? Vitre cassée, hors d'usage, comme plusieurs interrupteurs. Bref, des photos bien infidèles... On aime Balzac, mais on ne choisit pas la Pension Vauquer pour ses vacances.

Hôte très accueillant ! Maison charmante , bien équipée, au calme et fraîche quand il fait trop chaud ! Jardin paisible , sans vis à vis . A 5 minutes à pied de très belles plages et du sentier côtier . Tout ce qu on aime !

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund und sind sehr herzlich von Beatrice und Jérôme empfangen worden. Super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist alt und urig, gemütlich und sehr kühl was uns in der heißen Zeit sehr entgegen kam. Strände und Umgebung haben uns super gefallen, sehr natürlich und sauber .zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben alles genossen.

Famulienurlaub mit Hind im Juni 2019

Angenehmes kleines Ferienhaus , in dem alles vorhanden war, was man brauchte und auch alles gut funktionierte, auch der kleine Garten war sehr gemütlich zum Aufenthalt/ Essen im Freien. Der fußläufig einfach zu erreichende Strand war besonders schön.

tolle Gegend, schöne einfache Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in dem Haus des Vermieters, aber mit eigenständigem Eingang und Garten/Hinterhof. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen und ist sehr gemütlich, alt und urig. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und unkompliziert. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Im nächsten Ort (2 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt und in Pornic selbst (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es viele große Supermärkte (Lidl, SuperU, Leclerc, Decathlon, Apotheke...). Am Hafen sind viele Einkehrmöglichlichkeiten, ebenso ein Boots- und Kajakverleih. In der Umgebung des Hauses gibt es viele wunderschöne kleine Strände (zwei sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar, die anderen bequem mit dem Auto. Da wir unmittelbar vor den französichen Ferien vor Ort waren, haben wir immer einen Parkplatz bekommen und alles war sehr entspannt und gemütlich.

Schönes Flair, ruhige Lage, gemütlich, nett

Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sehr schön eingerichtet und bieten einen schönen Aufenthalt für 4 Personen. Die Kombination aus Küche und Wohnzimmer ist mit ca. 25qm ausreichend, aber auch nicht üppig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gerne auch Tipps zum Aufenthalt. Die direkt verlaufende Straße war kein Problem, es ist fast kein Verkehr, schon gar nicht nachts. Zum Meer gelangt man einfach per Fußweg in ca. 5min.

Superbe gîte !

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte entièrement rénové, fonctionnel et très cosy. Le calme de la campagne, la mer à quelques minutes à pied, Pornic accessible en 5 mn en voiture... Bref une localisation idéale. Et un accueil très chaleureux de Béatrice. Une location que nous recommandons !
