Located 350m from the historic centre and 950m from the Noëveillard beach, this renovated 95m² house with a closed garden has a master suite on the first floor (single or double bed of 160), a double bedroom (160 bed) and a study/bedroom on the ground floor (140 sofa bed), thus able to accommodate up to 6 people. To help you feel at home, the open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter and capsule coffee machine, a citrus press, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The living room has a television and Wi-Fi access. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rental.
