Lovely detached house with HQE (High Environmental Quality) wood cladding, located 50 meters from the sea, in a quiet and green area with pretty villas, and 1 km from the port via the beautiful coastal promenade.  
Private parking on the property and garage for bicycles/motorcycles.  
Covered terrace (southwest facing) and enclosed garden of 300 m².  
Ground floor: Bright living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with private shower room/toilet, and separate toilet.  
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with sea-view terrace (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 160x200 bed), 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with sea-view balcony and private shower room, and a shower room/toilet.  
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, baby cot/high chair, badminton, and beach toys.  
Included: Electricity, gas and electric heating, bed linens and towels.  
Not included: End-of-stay cleaning, tourist tax.  
Pets allowed (€10/night - €100 deposit).
