Upstairs, there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The enclosed, tree-filled garden features a large terrace with partial sea view, perfect for relaxing after the beach. You can also enjoy a TV, cinema screen (bring your own projector), ping-pong table, garden furniture, and barbecue. Located in the heart of the Gourmalon district, known for its characterful homes, this Vendée-style house sits on a quiet street leading down to the ocean. Its private garden and terrace provide a pleasant setting for returning from the beach and spending time together. In July and August, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towel rental is available on request, each for an additional fee. A heating package is available for an additional fee from October to March. Pornic, a seaside resort on the Jade Coast west of Nantes, is accessible by SNCF train. The town is lively with night markets, a cinema, an 18-hole golf course, coastal walks, water sports clubs, harbors, and many sandy coves.
