Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower, private beach. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bar, bus stop "C12" 50 m, railway station "Lugano" 14 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school 3 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Balcone D'Italia-Sighignola, Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Menaggio, Lugano. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Val Rezzo, Madonna del Cep-Passo San Lucio, Breglia-Rifugio Menaggio. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
