"Pros: Matteo is a very attentive host. His vacation house has been restored in a very inspiring way, leaving all sorts of details intact. Naggio is a tiny hill village, and is a good starting point for hikes in the region. We had a very nice stay in his place, and we can recommend the place. Two points of attention for guests. "The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this. However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00...

"Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol."
