The house sits on a fully fenced, 700 m² lot with a well-maintained lawn and olive grove.


Outdoors, guests have access to a 32 m² saltwater infinity pool, a covered outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a dining table with chairs, and a spacious sun terrace with elegant canopy-covered lounge chairs. The ground floor features a modern living room with a fireplace and access to the pool and outdoor area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, this beautiful villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace, which features a cistern, sun loungers, and a magnificent panoramic view, and is connected to the pool via a staircase.
