On the stunning terrace, you’ll also find a covered dining area where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones. At the rear of the house, there’s also a covered area with table football and a pool table.



In the spacious interior of the beautiful Villa Lamija, everyone will find their favourite spot. On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious, traditional Istrian kitchen, which is fully equipped. The kitchen, with its dining area, opens onto the cosy living room, which has access to the sunny terrace. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and access to a private terrace. On the ground floor, there are two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed, a private bathroom and a terrace. One of these bedrooms also features a pull-out sofa bed for two people. On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out sofa, a fireplace and a private bathroom.Villa Lamija is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Susnjici in a wonderfully peaceful setting, yet not too far from the motorway. Just 8 km away is Poreč, offering all the amenities of an attractive Adriatic holiday: stunning pebble beaches, restaurants, cafés, museums, galleries and a beautiful, historic old town. In 10 minutes you can reach the Limski Fjord, where you can enjoy fresh mussels, and in 20 minutes you’ll be in the Pearl of the Adriatic – Rovinj. The Istralandia water park is also just a 20-minute drive away, well worth the trip for a day full of fun with the little ones.
