  • Apartments house Jakomina is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, ony 250 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. The house has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety.There are 2 apartments in the house. Both apartments were renovated in 2022. They are situated on the ground floor of a familiy house in which garden the guests have on their disposal a barbecue with table for shared use. The houseowner live on the first floor and parking is in the yard of the house .
    Apartment Jakomina 1 for 4-5 persons with total living area of 46 m2 consists of a kitchen with dinning table and exit to nice covered terrace with garden furniture, two bedrooms and shower/toilet. Air condition and wifi internet connection are availaible.
