- The flats are located in a family house in the most beautiful part of Porec, just 300 m from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. There are shops and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor and there is a car park directly in front of the house. A total of 2 holiday flats are rented out in the house. The holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 1st floor of the house and is furnished in a modern style. The holiday flat has a living space of 60 m2 and consists of a living area with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
