There are shops and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor and there is a car park directly in front of the house. Die Unterkunft ist mittig gelegen zwischen den 3 großen Hotels und der SportsHall, wo das MDTango Festival stattgefunden hat. Somit hatten wir relativ kurze Wege, die mit dem Fahrrad schnell gefahren waren. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist ungefähr 500 m zu Fuß. Auf dem Weg zum Strand kommt man an einem Fahrradverleih vorbei. Ein Rad kostet 16 Euro/Tag regulär, läßt sich aber runterhandeln wenn man mehrere Tage bucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und in einem schönen Haus mit Vorgarten. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei.
