"We were looking for an alternative all-inclusive resort to Turkey or Greece (so we can drive there vs flying). The potential for this resort is huge...it competes very well with the best. "Comme le stationnement est loin de l’hôtel, on devait attendre une navette et ça pouvait être long s’il y avait beaucoup de monde. Le personnel à la réception n’était pas très agréable et aidant, mais le personnel qui faisait la navette et le transport des bagages étaient très attentionné. Sinon la chambre était propre, au 3e étage sans assenceur, donc il faut le savoir si cela est un enjeu, il y avait aussi une drôle d’odeur dans notre édifice. Le buffet déjeuner était exceptionnel vraiment un très très beau buffet avec bcp de choix et l’accès à l’île du groupe valamar vraiment un gros plus avec la plage, serviette fournie, piscine etc."
