Built in 2005 and renovated in 2020, the holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residential complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the panoramic views from the property and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing and garden furniture.

Poreč, district Kukci. The holiday home is located in a residence, on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, heatable, 7.5 m x 1.5 m, 1.5 m deep).
