"Great Property, Poor ManagementWe very much enjoyed the property and would consider returning next year. However, when issues arose that were beyond the property managers’ control, their response was inadequate and untimely. At one point during our conversation, the employee said, “I understand that the level of service and responsiveness did not meet the standard of quality expected of us.” Unfortunately, that accurately reflects our experience, and the issue affected a significant portion of our stay.We were told upon arrival on Saturday that the washer was not working, but that it should be repaired by Monday. We were traveling with multiple families and small children, and we had expected laundry facilities to be available. When the repair did not happen on Monday because of a parts delay, the communication from management became a series of canned updates saying they were reaching out to their operations team, but no real solution was provided.Early Wednesday morning, we asked whether we could use the laundry facilities in the sister property next door, since it was unoccupied. It was not until late Thursday afternoon that we were finally given permission to do so. It is hard to understand why that option was not offered at the beginning of the week.When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for some form of compensation, we were told, “We responded promptly, offered workable alternatives and followed all required procedures to minimize the disruption.” Base"
