"As of September 2026, there was no restaurant or spa (which was not indicated on the website), but Tammie was able to put us into a very comfortable river cottage next to the main building. The property itself is still under construction but once finished will be wonderful."

"The house is gorgeous! Very clean, updated, functional. It is well stocked with all essentials and more. The space is great for large groups. The host was very attentive and helped us with any questions through the whole weekend. The house is about 40 minutes from Assateague, but honestly the drive was not bad at all. We were right in the bay so got to enjoy that! Overall, amazing experience at this home."
