Hair on the floor and bedding sheets and towels. Room had a strong wet/old smell which I later found to be the bathroom shower curtains.....I just used my own bedding and towels that bought..staff was very helpful that made up for the smell.

I got a room where the door wouldn’t latch/close, so my partner and I went to tell the lovely woman working at the front and she gave us a new room! The place was pretty clean inside the only thing I can say I had a negative experience with was the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly it took a while, so when you’d shower the water would go above your feet (note*the water wasn’t dirty when it wouldn’t drain) but other than that it was a pretty good stay! I recommend having an employee go and check to see if people are smoking inside the rooms it did smell of smoke outside towards others rooms but I didn’t look at the smoking rules!

Stay was ok, clean rooms, comfortable bed. However, we left for the day and house keeping didn’t refresh our room. No new towels and zero body wash. Luckily I bought my own wash just incase this happened and had my beach towels so I was able to comfortably shower. I then went down stairs and requested clean towels and my body wash my to be refilled and I was told I needed to bring my towels down for an exchange. When I mentioned house keeping didn’t come to our room she then said they had no fresh towels at all. I asked about the body wash she said all they had was shampoos. I gave up but what part will they be responsible for? Those responses I got were the wrong answers as far as hospitality goes.

Our A/C unit was leaking. The room had a mildew smell because of it. The front desk staff was so sweet and nice. This hotel is not a bad stop for someone pass through for one night. But I wouldn't stay more then one night myself.

Parking was easy and very pet friendly. I would just recommend that they clean a bit more. I was out of all the liquids in the bathroom, the side of the toilet had urine stains and food and garbage was on the floor as well as outside for the whole weekend. I TOTALLY enjoyed our quick stay as we drove through to our next destination. The staff was excellent
