Secure parking in a gated community. View of the gated courtyard. Quiet location yet only a minute’s walk to the bustling Quay, beautiful Poole Harbour, bars & restaurants. Excellent transport links - only a 15 minute level walk from the ferry, bus/coach & train stations. Pets considered, please contact to discuss prior to booking. ROOM Loft room on the 2nd floor. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Forgotten something, additional toiletries available. Feather pillows and professionally laundered quality linen. The room is large enough to accommodate a baby or child please contact prior to booking to discuss. Choice of teas and coffee making facilities in your room. CHECK-IN/OUT We try to be as flexible as possible with guests preferred arrival and departure times. If we do not have another booking, then you may arrive and depart at your leisure. When we have bookings where the preferred arrival and departure times overlap, the earliest check-in would be 3:30 pm and the latest check-out 10:30 am. BREAKFAST This accommodation is offered on a room-only basis. There are 14 breakfast spots to choose from within a 5-minute walk and a further 12 within a 10-minute walk. Prices start at £5.49 for a Full English rising to £22 for the gourmet. Full details in our guidebook. KITCHEN Kitchen available upon request. LOUNGE This is available for guest use. LAUNDRY Washing and drying can be arranged for a small fee. PATIO & PARKING Secure parking in a gated courtyard. We have a patio area which is also used for parking. If you are bringing a car it is free but we just would like to advise that it does encroach on the patio area although there is still space to sit and enjoy a drink in the sunshine. Walking distance to our stay, but, we grabbed a cab. Easy to arrange. We stayed right down in the center of town. Two minute walk to the Quay. Options galore for harbour tours, restaurants and pubs. Rented a car first day thinking we might drive out and about. We just parked it the whole day and kept busy in Old Poole. If you’re planning on a multi day stay you can do well without a car until it is time to go. The host Jenny offered a wonderfully detailed information on how to get around and options of activities. Probably the most complete such book I have found in a similar facility. The unit was fresh and clean. The bed was fine. Claw foot tub was a throw back. I prefer to shower, but, you make do. It was a second floor unit. A little bit in the evenings, but, windows were in good working order and they cooled things down nicely for sleep. I would recommend this location to friend. ##### Tim S.
