Great place in Ponza

The accommodation is very well located, not far from the port but just far enough to be quiet. It also makes it easy to visit the island. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The terrace is a real advantage and it offers a very beautiful view. The owner is very responsive and was very helpful with arrival and departure. A very good address on the Island of Ponza.

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend in questo appartamento dalla vista incredibile e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Fabrizio e Antonella sono stati veramente super disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. L’appartamento è un piccolo gioiello con terrazza situato a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona del porto, dotato di ogni comfort e vicino anche ai mezzi. Per rapporto qualità-prezzo direi che non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore, e ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Ponza ancora più magico!

Il monolocale è accogliente e funzionale, ampia e panoramica la terrazza vista mare. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero eccezionali; oltretutto Fabrizio ci ha dato delle ottime indicazioni per godere appieno di tutti gli aspetti di questa meravigliosa isola!

Vacanza Magnifica

Dopo numerosi consigli abbiamo finalmente deciso di visitare L'Isola di Ponza. Che dire? Amore a prima vista. L'aria e l'atmosfera che si respira nel porto è magnifica, per non parlare delle bellezze naturali che offre l'isola. Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Fabrizio è stato eccezionale. Il monolocale "Oleandro" si trova in zona Conti immerso nel verde e con una terrazza vista mare come si vede in foto. L'appartamento è confortevole e tranquillo, adatto sia a coppie che a gruppi di 4 persone. La cosa migliore è stata comunque l'ospitalità e la cordialità del padrone di casa, sempre presente per ogni nostro capriccio o necessità. E' inutile dire che consiglio a pieni voti questa soluzione.

Casa accogliente, pulita e confortevole.

Accolti in maniera squisita dai padroni di casa ( oserei dire persone d'altri tempi per educazione e disponibilità ) abbiamo trovato una camera pulita e accogliente. Per non parlare delle ottime indicazioni sui luoghi da vedere e i ristorante dove mangiare. Consigliamo questa location per i soggiorni a Ponza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra, anzi meglio!

Soggiorno a Ponza indimenticabile!!!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti a Ponza presso il monolocale oleandro e desideriamo lasciare questa recensione per consigliarlo vivamente! Sin dal momento della prenotazione siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cordialità e dalla disponibilità di Fabrizio, il proprietario che ci ha descritto minuziosamente l'appartamento e le caratteristiche dello stesso. Grazie alle sue delucidazioni partiamo senza dubbio alcuno e al nostro arrivo le nostre impressioni positive sono state confermate. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Antonella la moglie di Fabrizio che ci ha accompagnati in appartamento. L'accoglienza che ci aspettava era al di sopra delle nostre aspettative! Il monolocale era perfettamente conforme alle foto, funzionale e curato in ogni singolo aspetto, riflesso della grande attenzione dei proprietari che non hanno tralasciato nulla omaggiandoci al nostro arrivo con acqua fresca che era davvero necessaria dopo il viaggio, e del buon vino. Il tutto corredato dalle attenzioni che ci hanno riservato facendoci da guida su un'isola a noi sconosciuta che grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo avuto il piacere di scoprire! Cogliamo l'occasione per salutare e ringraziare Fabrizio e Antonella! Consigliamo davvero questo appartamento perché ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero perfetta! Torneremo sicuramente!

Vacanza da favola....

Siamo stati io e mio marito, per la sesta volta in questa meravigliosa isola, ma quest'anno abbiamo deciso di cambiare casa, trovando un delizioso monolocale (ben attrezzato) in posizione panoramica con vista sul porto di Ponza. Una zona veramente tranquilla, dove la sera si può cenare sulla splendida terrazza ( a cui non manca nulla) e magari illuminati dalla luna. Siamo stati benissimo nulla da dire per non parlare dei giovani padroni di casa Fabrizio e Antonella che si sono resi disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta, ritorneremo sicuramente nella "nostra" piccola casa che già ci manca!!! Mimma
