"Outdoor pool was very refreshing consider the heat and humidity in New Orleans. Lobby is very elegant. Room was spacious, clean & bright. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."

"Third time staying here it’s convenient and the price is great. A little tricky this time an unhoused man made into the locked space. He didn’t bother us but it left me unsettled They have really put a lot into the ambience of the property beautiful flowers on the balconies the rooms are comfortable with amenities I need. The staff is very responsive as well. I hate this situation put a damper on my opinion of this property. "

"No housekeeping, had to take out own trash, phone didn't work, had to go to the front desk to return dirty towels and get new ones. No pool no free breakfast. No real amenities at all to speak of."

"1. Breakfast was very good 2. The room was clean and big enough 3. Parking to check in was difficult. 4. Parking in general on the property was not easy. 5. Only one elevator worked. 6. In room safe was quite old and key only operated 7. False fire alarm went off midday. I tried to get my valuables out of the safe but the key didn’t work. Hotel manager had to reset tumblers 8. The emergency alert sounded in the hall and not in the room. 9. Water pressure in shower a little low."

"Amenities: Unfortunately the advertised pool amenity was not available when I got there, it was under construction and that was apart of why I chose this hotel. That is my only complaint really."
