"Outdoor pool was very refreshing consider the heat and humidity in New Orleans. Lobby is very elegant. Room was spacious, clean & bright. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."

"Did not get balance of deposit refunded. Car was damaged by valet, they did not have a parking tower. Reached out to valet with photos of damage valet still has not addressed issue."
