Excellent Hotel , nice and clean. Ponte de Legno is a beautiful little town with some nice places to go. The hotel has a private entrance off the SS42 which is very convenient.

I throughly recommend this excellent hotel. It is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Check in was excellent. My plane had been delayed by 12 hours meaning I didn’t arrive until 3am. The excellent reception colleague helped my taxi driver find the hotel over the telephone and was there to perform a seamless check in. The room was easy and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was provided. The shower and bathroom were fantastic. The spacious balcony provided magnificent views. All restaurant staff were brilliant, every single one polite attentive and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. Whilst every member of staff was great, the hotel manager was exceptional, being visible, greeting guests at breakfast and dinner. Without being asked, the manager proactively intervened to help me sort out a transport difficulty going above and beyond expectations to make sure I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much for making my stay a fabulous and memorable experience. Highly recommend this excellent hotel.

Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at.

Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding.

Great stay in a fairytale town

Absolutely stunning hotel! There are some reviews about people complaining that they no one spoke English at this hotel but that wasn’t our experience at all, the front desk did, the bartender did, the ladies at breakfast did. It was completely fine and no one was rude to us at all. The breakfast was SO good. We didn’t stay long enough to check out the spa, but it looked really nice, it’s $30 a person for 3 hours. I think this is fairly standard. It was super easy to walk to town center, and we ate at a great pizza place. The town looks like something out of a fairytale!

Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff at the bar. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Everything very clean. Public areas were a bit soulless. Walking to either the foot of the slopes or the centre of town was about 12 minutes but particularly the slopes wasn't an attractive or direct route. Access to the small pool area was limited to a few hours in the morning unless you paid €35 for spa access.

La struttura è davvero ottima, ben tenuta e accogliente. Il servizio di pulizia è eccellente: gli ambienti e le camere sono sempre impeccabili. Un plauso particolare va anche al personale di sala, estremamente cortese, disponibile e professionale, che ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno molto piacevole. Essendo una struttura di grandi dimensioni e non a gestione familiare, manca inevitabilmente quel rapporto più diretto e personale che talvolta si riesce a instaurare con i gestori di hotel più piccoli. L'unica vera nota negativa, a mio avviso, è l'assenza dell'aria condizionata. È vero che ci troviamo a Ponte di Legno, ma anche qui durante i mesi estivi le temperature possono essere elevate e le camere risultano piuttosto afose, rendendo il riposo meno confortevole. Nel complesso, comunque, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva e consiglierei la struttura.

Ho comperato una stanza per tre . All’accettazione ho detto che causa malattia de figlio mia moglie e mio figlio non sarebbero venuti. Niente pagato per 3. Mi cadono occhialoni sulle scale , mi accorgo che sono già sul transfer provo tutto il giorno a chiamare il centralino . Sempre in attesa mai una risposta . Avrò fatto 100 chiamate . Assurdo. Morale … occhialoni spariti (rubati). Alla reception candidamente mi dicono che capita e che il telefono era impostato su messaggio di attesa !! Cena , mangio un secondo e verdura e pago pieno. Unica nota positiva il transfer per l’ovovia. Per il resto molto deluso .

Résidence à recommander !

Un ÉNORME MERCI au jeune homme qui a attendu notre arrivée tardive imprévue (plus de minuit !) alors que nous aurions dû arriver autour de 19H ! Aimable, gentil et efficace !!! Une belle et immense résidence ! les chambres sont grandes, la propreté et le calme parfaits ! Stationnement fermé et sécurisé pour nos motos (ou pour votre voiture !). L'environnement est magnifique, idéal pour la randonnée en été, le ski en hiver ! Restauration/commerces dans un petit village tout proche.

LOCATION FANTASTICA alle porte del paese e con tanta facilità nel raggiungere da lì il centro e tutte le attrazioni turistiche (impianti di risalita). Un buon hotel, dotato di spa e decisamente confortevole. Purtroppo è un pò distante dal centro e SOPRATTUTTO non è dotato di aria condizionata!!! Con le estati sempre più torride non mi sento di consigliarlo durante le varie ondate di calore estive - dormire alla notte è impossibile. Fa troppo, troppo caldo e la struttura non oddre nemmeno qualche ventilatore.

Ottima struttura, facile da raggiungere (in auto) e grande disponibilità di parcheggio. L’hotel è molto bello, la colazione ottima e abbondante, cena con livelli alti. La stanza che ho prenotato (standard matrimoniale) era abbastanza basic, ma molto grande e pulita. La Spa è molto bella e nuova, scontata per i clienti (35 euro, 3 ore). Inoltre è presente deposito sci gratuito , navetta gratuita la mattina e pomeriggio per la partenza della cabinovia. Siamo stati davvero bene! Grazie

Chegamos antecipado e fizeram nosso check in 🙏 gostamos muito atendimento da recepção e os quartos muito limpo e cama confortável , o jantar foi excelente parabéns ao chef do hotel a apresentação da comida e o sabor deu para sentir que os ingredientes eram frescos e bem preparado e fomos muito bem recepcionado pelo garçom Leandro ,voltaremos com certeza
