S'il est vrai que les descriptions en ligne sont parfois un peu floues, on a parfois de bonnes surprises à l'arrivée. Ici ce n'est pas le cas. Seul point positif, si on cherche le calme de la campagne on est servi. Par contre, le logement est vieillot pour ne pas dire vétuste. Propre mais vétuste et sous équipé. La cuisine est minimale. Pas de cafetière ni de micro-ondes. Pas de plan de travail si on veut cuisiner un peu. Vaisselle à compléter (même pas 2 bols identiques). La décoration est très ancienne et plus du tout adaptée à notre époque (bouquets de fleurs séchées et défraîchis) Comme le bâtiment est très ancien les fenêtres sont toutes petites et en hauteur. Quelques ampoules commutateurs et prises ne fonctionnent pas. Robinet qui ferme mal à cause du calcaire et chasse d'eau cassée. Pas de chauffage quand nous y etions ni de poêle. Barbecue inadapté, peu salubre et zéro bois. Dommages qu'on ne puisse pas s'approcher avec son véhicule pour charger et décharger surtout quand il pleut. Une chaîne cadenassée empêche de faire cette manœuvre. L'hôte est certainement très sympathique même si on ne l'a pas rencontré (agriculteur vigneron occupé), mais son logement est trop cher pour ce qu'il est. Si en plus vous ne profitez pas de la piscine parce qu'il ne fait pas beau on peut vite s'y ennuyer. En somme beaucoup de travaux à prévoir. Pour visiter Florence le train est à SIECI (commune dépendante de Pontassieve) à 5 km. Puis 20 mn de voyage en train jusqu'à Firenze SMN gare centrale.
