Beautiful new house with all very pleasant comfort of 80m2, new, air-conditioned, fiber wifi, bright, quiet out of sight, on a plot of 300 m2 with trees, its pretty, cozy garden and its zen decor will make you escape the holiday time, fenced in a nuisance-free area, spacious shaded terrace of 50 m2, 3x5 swimming pool plus a submerged beach of 1.5 m total 3x6.5 m 1km from the town center (all shops) and at the same time at the campaign .

Very many outdoor activities and in an environment close to the property:   
hiking, horse riding, climbing, golf, canoeing, hiking and cycling trails departing from the villa.

this warm house with its comfort, its calm, its spaciousness, its large intimate and shaded terrace, very important in our region in summer with our 40° in the shade, its 1.50 depth swimming pool with submerged beach an asset for children and a treat for parents.

For a relaxing holiday full of activities and discovery,   
you can't be bored, only love it!  
  
Reservations can be made from Sunday to Sunday.   
If you wish you can book for a midweek arrival other than Saturday or Sunday but the week will be due, and can be discussed between the holidaymaker and the owner.   
\- optional cleaning package of 120 euros   
for any reservation less than a week the cleaning package will be obligatory.  
This package is carried out by a cleaning company to carry out the interior and exterior of the property.  
\- optional linen package: 30 euros per person per stay   
which includes sheets, towels (bath and toilet), tea towels.  
The swimming pool is heated depending on the weather, however it is heated from April to October inclusive (until the All Saints holidays) if necessary. but if the climate is too cold, we cannot obtain a water temperature above 20°, in which case its operation will be stopped, not being able to fully satisfy our vacationers.   
  
The property is adjoining another holiday accommodation, independent of each other, but its 2 properties can be rented simultaneously for 2 families, friends, while having privacy.

Maison neuve mais pas finie, dalles dans le jardin pas fixées, pas de sécurité piscine, inadaptée aux chiens malgré le fait que j’ai informé la propriétaire que je louais sa maison avec 2 chiens.A l’intérieur de la maison pas de climatisation dans chaque chambre donc obligation de laisser la porte d’une chambre ouverte.Pas de volet sur une porte fenêtre. Beaucoup d’autres choses prises en photos qui ne correspondent pas à une maison neuve .Option ménage payer et reproches qu’il reste des poils de chien, et demande de frais supplémentaires.Insitation à communiquer hors du circuit abritel.

Das Haus liegt nahe der Ardeche und der Seze, beide Flüsse sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und mann sich prima erholen.

Mooie ommuurde tuin. Genoeg schaduw en zon. Daar ben je als je thuiskomt. Of in het heerlijke zwembad. Bedden prima. Airco oke. Hosts vriendelijk. Aan rand van dorp. Op een heuvel. Centrum half uur lopen. Wel binnen een minuut tussen de wijngaarden. Aanrader.
