The Chappapeela Sports Park is a mile down the road and the Ponchatoula Rec Park is within walking distance. The Hammond Mall is minutes away with plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities. There are antiques shops a few minutes away in downtown Ponchatoula. New Orleans and Baton Rouge are both just 45 minutes away and Covington/Mandeville is 20 minutes away.
