Vacation home in the Breton countryside, only 30 minutes from the sea!

This house will please you for a quiet and relaxing stay. Reconnect with nature in this small green setting in Pommerit le Vicomte. You will appreciate the rejuvenation and tranquility of the place while being only 30 minutes from the sea for beach days!

The house, in stone and with character, offers on the first floor

* a living room with lounge area, dining table and kitchen.
* a bedroom with double bed.
* a bathroom with walk-in shower (with raised toilet).

Upstairs you have two other independent bedrooms with sloping ceilings, one with a double bed, the other with 2 beds of 90 and a Sofa BZ 140x190 cm
For your comfort, a toilet has also been installed upstairs, as a dry toilet.

Outside you have your private lawn and terrace area, a garden table and a barbecue. Deckchairs are at your disposal to rest under the cherry umbrella

You will find an orchard, a garden of aromatic plants and edible flowers, a small apiary that you can visit if you wish... with tasting possible if you feel like it!

The house is not labelled Tourism and Handicap but the configuration on the first floor with the bedroom on the first floor, the Italian shower with shower curtain and an adapted seat will facilitate the holidays of people with reduced mobility.

We will be present on your arrival to welcome you, present the holiday home and the operation of its facilities.
You will also find on site all the necessary and environmentally friendly cleaning products: dishwashing and dishwasher liquid, household cleaner, detergent and fabric softener, soap, dish towel, sponge. A small welcome gift entirely made by me will be offered to you to taste the products from my plant or fruit production. I offer for those interested a walk of flavors in my garden. We have also prepared small hiking maps that are easy to take with you for your walks and we will be happy to inform you about visiting the region.
