We had a bit of a hiccup because the cleaning service did not do a thorough job but the urgent responses given around that issue was exceptional. The location was terrific—really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the morning drinking coffee and admiring the view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here"

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"It was good for our one night stop over. Steep on price for an old hotel… but the people working here are nice, rooms, rooms were clean and the pools were nice. Hate carpet in old hotels and the pull out was beyond uncomfortable. "

"Overall good - staff (friendly and helpful), location outstanding to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food, and local markets/events. Room clean and sufficient for overnight stay (we were heading out on a cruise next day). Murphy bed was comfortable enough but difficult to get to go back in properly. Overall stay was good but was surprised at the high additional resort charge for a 1 night stay! "

"Very close to beach and clean. Kitchen had everything I needed. Safeway grocery store is about 10 minutes drive. Location is a bit remote to travel and see the other half of the island."

"We loved our stay here for our first trip to Maui. The view was so incredible and room was clean. We saw turtles swimming from the balcony! The staff was very kind and helpful when checking in, and we never had any issues to call again as the place was well stocked. Some furniture was a little outdated, but the views made that unimportant, and we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids. "

"My husband and I enjoyed six wonderful weeks in this house. From the moment we drove down that palm tree-lined road and stepped into the walled off courtyard, we knew we had picked the right place for our get-away. The house was tastefully and comfortably appointed. The kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were all fully outfitted. We slept so well in the luxurious bedrooms, lulled by trade winds at night and waking to birds chirping in the morning. The outdoor lanai and backyard furniture made...
