Its excellent location allows you to reach the centre of Pollença in just a 10-minute walk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the lively main square.

    The house is designed to offer comfort and relaxation. It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed.

    The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

    Outdoors, guests can enjoy a shaded rear terrace—perfect for al fresco dining—a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps (maximum depth 2 metres), and a beautifully maintained garden surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. The property also offers private on-site parking.
