Spread over one level, it impresses with a harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The villa has two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms - one with a cosy double bed, the other with two single beds - which ensure a pleasant coolness on warm summer nights. The space is complemented by a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living room with dining area. The living area leads out onto the covered terrace, which has a large dining table for enjoying Mediterranean delicacies together. From here you have a fantastic view of the large saltwater swimming pool (9.00 m x 5.00 m, depth: 0.80 m - 1.90 m), surrounded by a well-tended garden landscape with fruit trees. Sun loungers and parasols ensure relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun, while the brick-built barbecue promises perfect evenings outdoors. Despite its quiet and secluded location, the villa has excellent transport links: The historic old town of Pollensa and the lively Puerto Pollensa are just a few minutes away by car and are perfect for exploring. Two large supermarkets are also within easy walking distance. For added comfort, the villa is fully equipped with time-controlled air conditioning, which ensures an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient indoor climate. A dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and a DVD player are available for cosy evenings in. IMPORTANT! In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory. Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. Ein kleines Paradies auf Mallorca! Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, ein sauberes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein herrlicher Außenbereich. Der Garten mit den Obstbäumen war nicht nur schön anzusehen, sondern auch sehr idyllisch. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen Salzwasserpool. Das Haus liegt eingebettet in die mallorquinische Landschaft, mit vielen Wanderwegen direkt vor der Tür. Die Cala Sant Vicente ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und ein echtes Paradies zum Schnorcheln und Relaxen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Nähe zu Pollenca – die Calvari-Treppe mit ihrem tollen Ausblick lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Villa selbst ist top gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und der Salzwasserpool ist ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben abends oft auf der Terrasse gegessen und einfach nur die Ruhe genossen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, aber alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Umgeben von Natur, Ruhe und Vogelgezwitscher - genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die überdachte Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz, ob morgens beim Kaffee oder abends bei einem Glas Wein. Der Salzwasserpool war herrlich erfrischend und die Obstbäume im Garten waren ein echtes Highlight. Die Nähe zu Pollenca macht Ausflüge leicht. Wir hatten zuvor direkt bei Homevillas gebucht und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Top Service!!! Man ist mitten im Grünen, hat aber gleichzeitig jede Menge Komfort. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage, der schöne Garten mit den Obstbäumen und natürlich der große Pool – perfekt zum Abkühlen nach einem heißen Tag. Wir waren mit Freunden für eine Woche auf der Finca und hätten am liebsten verlängert. Die Villa liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, perfekt zum Abschalten vom Alltag. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man im charmanten Städtchen Pollenca mit seiner historischen Treppe und dem schönen Sonntagsmarkt. Die Cala Sant Vicente mit ihrem kristallklaren Wasser war unser täglicher Bade-Stopp – perfekt auch zum Schnorcheln! Die Finca selbst ist sehr gepflegt, mit großem Garten und Pool, und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders die Abende auf der Terrasse waren für uns ein Highlight. Für die Anreise und Ausflüge braucht man zwar ein Auto, aber dafür ist alles super erreichbar. Ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die Mallorca von seiner schönsten Seite erleben wollen. ##### Bettina
