Stunning modern rustic villa in Pollensa, in a quiet area. It is located about 10 minutus walking from the town center.
The house is equipped for 6 people, in which there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside is a beautiful garden with pool and terrace which is accessible from the rooms.
The main entrance of the house consists of a covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the summer nights. This covered terrace leads into the house where there is a spacious living room equipped with modern rustic furniture. In this room is the kitchen, which is open to cook and talk to people.
Rooms are equipped with furniture and bedding. Each room overlooks the terrace and pool.
The exterior is equipped with a large swimming pool with garden furniture and a beautiful garden equipped with colorful tropical plants. The villa also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue to enjoy family dinners and guateques.

Lovely villa.

Perfectly comfortable villa with good sized pool. Contained everything we needed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a godsend. Especially loved the outside kitchen/BBQ area. 20-25min walk into town centre where there is a large choice of restaurants. Only difficulty was finding it it the first place. It needed a better nameplate outside the front.
