This beautiful recently restored apartment is on the ground floor situated just at 40 metres from the La Gola beach in Port Pollensa. An ideal location for families that wish to spend their holidays near the beach. There is another apartment above called Rieres. This is perfect to share holidays with friends and family. Upon entering the apartment, we can find a nice open plan lounge with two sofas and a large flat screen TV where you can find a selection of international channels. From here you have access to one twin bedroom and one double which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. An archway gives access to the open plan dinning modern kitchen, which is totally furnished with microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils. To the left of the kitchen there is another twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower. This apartment is contemporary, comfortable and in a wonderful location within the resort of Puerto Pollensa. The location was perfect for our group with easy access to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. It would have been good to have mirrors in rooms other than just the bathrooms though. There was also a small leak under the kitchen sink and the shower in the en- suite bathroom leaked onto the floor. The outside drying area was useful but things took a long time to dry as it gets no sun or wind to help with drying. It would be helpful if more than one front door key could be provided - perhaps one left inside the apartment. Also it would be good to offer welcome packs for various prices/items to cover the basics that people will need, for example soap, washing up liquid, rubbish bags, or even milk and water so that guests don’t have to buy large bottles on arrival. It would also be useful if more information was provided about the cleaning/housekeeping service. How often do they visit, what times, what do they do, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the apartment but wanted to just note some potential areas for improvement. Thank you 😊 ##### Andrea H.
