Casa Liebre is a stylish and comfortable villa designed to make the most of its hillside setting.



Built into the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Tramuntana Mountains, the property enjoys wide-reaching views across the surrounding landscape and coastline.



With spacious interiors, well-equipped outdoor areas and a peaceful setting, Casa Liebre offers everything needed for a relaxing Mallorcan holiday.



The villa has a distinctive contemporary design.



Clean architectural lines and large windows create light, bright and airy interiors. The property has been constructed using high-quality materials, with careful attention paid to the practical details. The large windows are made from high-tech Pilkington glass, which excludes 98% of UV rays.



The interiors also incorporate several well-known brands. The kitchen is designed by Bulthaup and equipped with Gaggenau appliances. The washing machine and separate tumble dryer are by Miele, the sanitary ware is by Villeroy & Boch, and the taps are from Grohe.



Casa Liebre is arranged across several levels in a terraced structure. On the lower level is the private infinity pool, which includes a counter-current swimming jet and enjoys an elevated outlook towards the mountains.



The pool (approx. 8m x 4m) is surrounded by wooden decking, with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing after a swim. A landscaped rock garden complements the villa’s contemporary surroundings.



The ground floor is arranged as a spacious open-plan living area, with large windows allowing plenty of Mediterranean light into the interior. The white kitchen includes modern appliances and a practical breakfast bar for informal meals.



The dining area and lounge are comfortably furnished with bespoke contemporary pieces and enjoy attractive views. There is also a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection, allowing you to keep in touch with family, friends or business colleagues.



Two of the bedrooms are arranged as twins, while the other two are doubles. The master suite has a dual-aspect balcony providing a 180-degree view across the mountains and coastline. The other double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms also have direct access to balconies.



Furnished terraces and balconies extend along the length of Casa Liebre, providing several places to sit outside and enjoy the views. A chill-out area and solarium offer additional space for relaxing.



A glass-sided staircase connects the different levels, leading upstairs to the bedrooms and down to the lower pool deck. The upper floor contains all four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, generous wardrobe space and electric blackout curtains.

- this property is not particularly child friendly and the owners wish to stress that parents and guardians need to be extra vigilant of children under the age of 8 so that they do not hurt themselves. The owners are not liable for any accidents that happen due to client negligence.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
