Surrounded by nature and tranquillity, this home is the perfect refuge to disconnect and enjoy the authentic essence of the island. The house, with a rustic and very welcoming style, has a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a private pool where you can cool off while contemplating the spectacular views of the valley, the Bay of Pollensa and the Tramuntana mountains. At night, the starry sky is simply magical. Inside, completely renovated while preserving the traditional charm, you will find a bright living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms: one master bedroom with a king-size bed and another twin room with two single beds. Both with. The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a rain shower. Ideal for couples, small families or friends (up to 4 people). Additionally, it has fast WiFi, private parking. Just a few minutes by car, you have the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Pollensa with its restaurants and the famous Calvary, weekly markets and hiking routes. All this without giving up the peace and privacy offered by its elevated location. A house with soul, where every morning you will wake up to the song of birds and breathtaking views.
