Perched high in one of the most appreciated areas of the Pollensa region is Villa Borrassa with its breathtaking views across the mountains and surrounds of the March Valley.Gates open up to the villas driveway that leads you up to the Villa. 12 stone steps take you to a delightful covered terrace over the front door, this terrace has lovely views. The front door opens into a spacious light and airy lounge/dining area stylishly furnished with its beige and white theme, including its white dining table and chairs. A door leads directly off lounge dining into a super large modern fully fitted kitchen with its black kitchen fitments and fittings and breakfast table and chairs. There is a door that leads out to the exterior from the kitchen. Also,leading off the kitchen is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.To the right of the entry through a feature stone arch leads to an inner hallway. On the right are 2 nicely decorated twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. On the left a stylish modern shower room with step in shower recess and towel rail facility.At the end of the hallway on the left is the master double bedroom with its freestanding wardrobe and en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath.
