This attractive stone villa is surrounded by beautiful mature trees containing a wide variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect place to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The house is located on a residential cul-de-sac shared by other holiday homes, yet still maintains a good degree of privacy. The famous and picturesque village of Pollensa, notable for its old town, is nearby; there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within walking distance. Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We enter the villa through the main door next to the front terrace, which leads directly into the spacious living and dining room. To the right, a door leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary equipment in a vacation home. On this level of the house, there is also a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. They consist of two doubles and one twin, as well as a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning (with limited hours). Outside, there is a beautiful barbecue, ideal for those who love al fresco dining. The pool is surrounded by grass and has steps.
