  • This new villa is an authentic Dalmatian house, set in the lovely landscape of the village of Poličnik. With it's blend of uniqueness and modernity, it creates a welcoming feeling and is a haven for those wanting to indulge in a week of complete relaxation.

    Villa offers the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the crystal blue waters and explore the lush Mediterranean nature. Our Villa is located just 5 km away from the beach in Posedarje. The city of Zadar is only 15 km away and the airport Zemunik just 25km form the villa.

    This beautiful villa consists of two bedrooms equipped with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The villa is ideal for six people. It also has two bathrooms which are comfortable, spacious and bright. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the dining room and the living room.

    The outdoor area is perfect for family vacation with its fabulous swimming pool, along with a terrace, perfect for enjoying with your family and friends! In front of the villa is small tavern where You can prepare Dalmatian specialties on barbecue for Your family and friends :)
