This beautiful luxury villa is located in the settlement of Visočane in Zadar County. This is the perfect location for explorers since Visočane is located 16 km from Zadar city centre, 18 km from town of Nin, 22 km from Novigrad and 13 km from Ražanac. Paklenica National Park and the island of Pag are also in the vicinity. Whether you up for an active holiday or want to enjoy a quiet private luxury oasis, this villa will satisfy all your needs.

Villa Leon lies on a property of over 1800 m², and in its 500 m² of living space it can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. The villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. But the first thing that will definitely be noticed is the large swimming pool of 150 m² surrounded by deck chairs. In addition to this impressive pool, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a dining area for barbecuing by the pool. In the basement of the villa, you will also find a private tavern with a bar, fireplace, black kitchen and bathroom.
