"The room was clean, but we were informed at check in that the power went out the day prior and the AC had not been fixed. There was no compensation provided and no free bottles of water to offset the temperature being above 76 in the room at all times. Also the bottles of soap were empty or close to empty in the shower. The parking lot was extremely dark and felt slightly unsafe. "

"The staff was very nice. I was initially on the 4th floor but they changed my room when I asked to change it to the first floor if possible. I really appreciated that. There was no bacon at the buffet and I was there by 8:15am. The biscuit was overdone but the sausage gravy was fine. I'm very cold natured and I could not raise the temperature in the room. It stayed around 70 and that is too cool for me. I don't know if they called maintenance to look at it because I had a funeral to attend. It was still 70 degrees when I got back that evening. All in all it was a good place to stay."

"NEVER got the code from the house host. Was it n the phone with VRBO supervisor for almost 2 hours. Trying to get in touch with the host and find other accommodations for my family traveling to Virginia for a funeral. The only experience was Horrible. The manager was hard to understand due to language barrier. Only to be told I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days after reservation was cancelled. That was not acceptable due to we needed that money to get other accommodations. The supervisor tried to find other accommodations but not successful and the task was left up to me and my exhausted family after 10 hours of travel.To compensate my family and I was only given a 200 credit to be used within 3 months. Don't plan on traveling again that soon. So our stay was NOT."

"Perfect place for my family for Christmas holiday. Went to area to see family and house was 2 blocks away. Great to have 2 kitchens to make cookies and prepare meals."
