Excelente hotel con un personal muy servicial

Excelente hotel con un personal muy servicial!!! Hotel muy bien situado, en una calle tranquila. Habitación limpia y espaciosa. Muy buen desayuno con varias opciones según los gustos de cada uno. No os podéis ir del hotel sin cenar alguna noche allí, tienen una buena carta y sobretodo un excelente cocinero. La amabilidad y la simpatía del personal lo mejor.

Location is excellent. Quieter street, just a block up from busier Lakeside Rd. Very helpful staff, including their own trekking outfit to help you arrange drivers and/or porters. Muesli,banana, and hot milk and chai were my breakfast choice. Lovely garden. Near best cafe (Am/PmOrganic Cafe) and good restaurants. So helpful with arranging transportation for day trips. Kind, friendly, helpful, clean and great price. We stayed here three times...why tamper with success. Very good value.

Greit hotell for pris

Hotellet er greit og har fin uteplass. Rommet var stort med fin utsikt. Stort pluss for vannkoker. Rommet ble ryddet hver dag og renhold var helt greit (ikke super rent eller ekkelt). Frokosten var også helt grei. Området er veldig bra, 3-4 min gange fra vannet og hovedområdet i byen. Bra valuta for pengene

Una fantástica opción..

Un hotel bastante bueno limpio y con personal fantástico. . Lo recomiendo 100% el personal de recepción de noches también de día junto con el personal que limpia son fantásticos... Lo único negativo es que los tours son más baratos en las agencías si negocias el precio.. a pesar de eso todo correcto.

Good location in Lakeside area

Wonderful hotel, quiet with a good location. We got a room with a mountain view which was lovely. The staff were thoughtful and helpful. I paid for breakfast, but like everywhere else we stayed, the coffee was Nescafe instead of the great Nepali coffee, so we usually ate elsewhere.

Excellent

Orchid hotel was the best place I've stayed in Nepal. I extended my stay four times and I spent more than 10 days there. The room is spacious and clean with a balcony and a nice view. Hot water and wifi always available. Friendly staff. Also, it is a quiet place, but really close to the lake and cafes. I highly recommend Orchid hotel.

Nice and a comfortable hotel near Pewa lake

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Orchid. Staffs all very friendly and gracious to us. Prepare breakfast for us before we rush for tourist bus back to Boudha. Very good service. My friend ordered Tibetan breakfast in one of the morning breakfast, he told that is tibetan bread. A bit hard. Overall all very good. We satisfied of the cleanliness too. 👍👍. Thank you for your good service.

We had a great stay at Hotel Orchid. This was our second trip to the hotel and really loved it. The family room is great and better than most hotels we've stayed at in Nepal. We enjoy the breakfast and the staff are so accommodating to our food requests. The staff were also very helpful in answering questions and arranging transportation for us to various activities. The hotel is in a great location. We highly recommend Hotel Orchid!

Great location and friendly staff. Simple.

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for activities - for example it was two minutes from the lake, which we could cross and begin our hike to the peace stupa.

Amazing views

Stayed 5 nights in June 2017. Super amazing views from the room! Great location just 5 minutes walk to the lake and all the restaurants in Lakeside. Service was good, although very slow for breakfast and unreliable in time if preorder. By the way don't expect "hash browns" for breakfast as written on menu it is actually fried potatoes local style with spices but also delicious! Sometimes had to wait as no one was on reception (you have to leave your room key when you leave hotel). Room was spacious but rug dirty and hasn't been cleaned throughout it stag or before. Water replenished every day, but bathroom not cleaned. From toiletries only soap, no shampoo or shower gel, which is usual for Nepal. Air conditioning failed few times but ceiling fan helped to survive. Bed was too hard for my liking, but this is personal preference. Overall very nice hotel and friendly staff, very good level for Nepal.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is in a quiet area of town yet still close to everything, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The staff were very nice and helpful.

ポカラは初めての滞在。レビューが良かったこちらのホテルを選びました。フロントスタッフはとても優しく、Wifi接続が上手く行かないと、お部屋まで来てくれて助けてくれました。トレッキングも親切に相談にのってくれます。場所もよく、とにかく庭のお花も綺麗。部屋からはお天気が良ければアンナプルナも見えますよ。帰りは空港までの送迎もあるので、格安でもよいホテルをお探しの方には最高だと思います。JANAKさんがフレンドリーで、とても素晴らしい旅行になりました！

従業員の方がとにかくフレンドリー。ロビーでのおしゃべりがこのホテルの一番の思い出。それだけでなく、天気が良ければベランダからヒマラヤの山々が見渡せる好立地。

We stayed in room 502. It has a perfect view of the mountains. The room was very clean, very well maintained Funitures and all the staffs were very friendly, well informed, warm and helpful in providing information on places and booking transportation. We will be definitely coming back. We highly recommend this fine hotel.
