You ask at the desk and the say they will fix it, it'll take about an hour. You try again later that night, still no hot water. You give up and take a "shower" with the electric kettle, because at least that'll be hot. You lay in bed for the night and find out the outlet next to your bed doesn't work, so you have to plug in your phone across the room. The next morning you try another shower, still cold. The affordable price make a lot of the little issues not as big of an issue. We had issues with noise of guests around us and them smoking too (not completely the hotel's fault). They started serving breakfast at 8am which was really late for our family and it was pretty crowded at that time. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the rooms weren't cleaned very often. Having a pool was great and the view was amazing, but it was pretty small and got over-crowded quickly. The hotel also seemed understaffed. It look old and dirty. There is a smell when you enter the room also. The bed is super uncomfortable (got back pain from it). And breakfast was too oily.
