"One night stay for business. Hotel was really nice in a quaint medieval walled city. Town square full of interesting buildings & bars. Staff were friendly & helpful. breakfast was continental & plentiful. Only one problem, when I went to eat in the restaurant on the Monday evening it was closed. Town square had gone to sleep as well. I walked towards the town wall & found a gem "Ristorante Pizzeria Palio"."

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. "The location is close to the center in a quiet area. The grounds are very nice and the pools are clean. The rooms are of decent size but our bathroom was rundown and the minibar described as a refrigerator was in fact a malfunctioning old minibar. Overall, the hotel inside bears wear and tear and qualifies it to no more than 3 stars. Manager Grigoio was very cordial and helpful and did his best."

"Very pretty little gem in the terme euganee-abano-montegrotto area. I had passed the facility a year ago and wanted to come back to try it. They have wonderful customer service with a laid back style. It is a bit pricey but the spa area is exceptional and you can use the thermal pool until 23:30. Swimming in a thermal pool under the stars is an wonderful experince. "
