"This site currently has a pleasant host that has made every effort to present the property well. It was welcoming on arrival, clean and well appointed. The views are exceptional but best from the upstairs bedroom."

"Very inviting and cozy. Bit dissapointed that t.v was not accessible in the spa. Would be great if you could watch t.v whilst in spa. Was nice to have the wine, water, nespresso etc, but could definitely do with a small microwave and toaster. No amenities to heat food. Location is very close to bakery and pub, so maybe people use that. But I would definitely install a shelf/cupboard on wall above sink to facilitate the m/wave etc. "

"Nothing to fault. For us the location was idyllic. We weren’t expecting a ‘farm style’ environment yet this added to our enjoyment. With a horse paddock in front of us, birdsong, beautiful light conditions, we were rapt. To top this off we enjoyed the complimentary red wine at the end of day sitting on the deck. Dare I say, shades of rural France in Port Elliott. "

"Beautiful stay at Piccolina! Absolutely stunning house boat and such a perfect location, walking distance to the main streets of Goolwa. So many thoughtful details! Comfiest bed too. Would love to have stayed longer. And you genuinely forget you’re on a houseboat until you feel the gentlest sway. So delightful!"

"We found our accommodation to be clean, tidy and parking to the unit was accessible. The motel is away from the main shops but that is what we were looking for. Very easy to drive back into the main shopping area. We enjoy the quiet and have stayed here before Thank you"
