"Excellent hospitality. Staff was very kind and the amenities were great. Played a game of pickle ball through by renting some equipment and lounged at the pool. Bartender made some good drinks. Would recommend this hotel and would come back to try the restaurant next time."

"We booked with Holiday Inn Bayside, San Diego because of good reviews online. We were so excited to see for ourselves that it is all true. It is a pleasant environment to stay with a friendly and hard working staff, clean rooms, not to mention free airport shuttle. The cleanliness of this hotel is a definite plus because of having dust allergies and asthma. We Loved our hotel stay. Please know that you truly are a 5 star hotel for us. "

"Due to travel circumstances, we arrived at the hotel early, the two desk clerks bent over backward to get our room ready (we hadn't slept for over 20 hours!) directed us to the wonderful breakfast buffet and called when they had the room ready! We have used Best Western while traveling all over the country and always get this kind of service! Love them!"

"I slept great. I checked in too late to explore but next morning there was great view of fishing boats and sea food restaurants were in walking distance. Unfortunately I did not eat I had to leave. Definitely stay again and to venture out."

"We really enjoyed being right at the beach! We could watch sunsets or the waves from any of the three decks. The staff was constantly wiping things down, cleaning windows, etc. to keep everything in great shape. There are tons of dining spots around as well as markets to stock your frig in your room."

"Hotel was clean. We arrived way before check in and they called us as soon as a room was ready. We did have to ask for daily room cleaning but the request was accommodated with no problem. I would stay here again. "
