This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. We booked this pleasing hotel coming back up from Zakopane for our last night stay. Hotel modern and clean with good facilities. Used the swimming pool (which doesn't use much chlorine due to UV filter) with various water therapy jets. Room very large, it felt slightly unfinished (TV was hung on wall at a an angle, we had a kettle but no coffee. Breakfast selection was a delight with the black pudding being delightful.

Excellent place to stay with family, lots to do in the hotel (swimming pool, sauna, bicycles) easy access to the town, really nice atmosphere in the hotel and restaurants and both of them worth to recommend. We're looking forward to come back again :)

Tento hotel jsem navštívil po několikáté a jako vždy spokojen. Útulný pokojík, čisto a klid. Personál vstřícný a milý. Rád bych se tam opět vrátil ❤️.

Top notch breakfasts and very good location.

Very friendly staff,fantastic breakfast,clean,perfect location,value for money. The only thing it lacked was tea/coffee maker in the rooms. Would defo stay again and recommend to anybody!

Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. When we got into the apartment, it was cold and took a few hours to warm up with all the radiators on. The...
