We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. Absolutely beautifully spotless accommodation. The hosts were so welcoming and communication was great. The apartments were in a great location and to top it all off, had an amazing spa area that was beautiful. We will definitely return. Thank you ☺️

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. Very peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious the hot tub was lovely and the staff were very hospitable. We would stay again but would stay longer next time.

Trip cut to Zakopane cut short due to loss of passport on route from Kraków.Hotel Receptin staff could not have been more helpful made enquirys over and above expectation to assist. I was travelling alone, bar manageress made me very welcome in bar introduced me to warm cider speciality drink which was great.Very nice new clean hotel close to Main Street .Staff were outstanding helpful pleasant ,friendly and likeable.I would highly recommend this hotel just wish I could have stayed longer,

We stayed in the hotel over xmass 2014 and were amazed with a friendly service and a family like atmosphere created by the owners and hotel staff. Restaurant serves great selection of Polish dishes and there are plenty of places to eat around Zakopane and Koscielisko. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the ski lifts, however you need a car to get around. It would be useful if they had GPS co-ordinates on the website as locating the hotel entrance from the main road wasn't quite as...

Hotel was lovely, staff too, the parking was excellent, swimming pool,sauna, hot tub, steam room all amazing. The only negative I could find was that the hotel was located a good 20 minutes walk from the center of Zakopane.

This hotel is situated in a quiet road, just of the pedestrian main street. A top quality retro style delight interior, with a en-suite shower that has impressed a hardend old English Developer! The staff are wonderful, if they can help they will and do.Excellent value hotel, sure to impress and delight, I just hope that I will be able to find a room when I want to retrn.
