Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. W hotelu spędziłem tylko kilka godzin, mimo to uważam, że hotel prezentuje wysoki standard. Jedyne czego bardzo mi brakowało to klimatyzacja w pokoju.

Good facilities and restaurant was good quality and value for money. About 15 minutes walk to the ski lift. Not much around for evening entertainment unfortunately.

This is a great hotel located near the coach, bus and train station, which makes it very convenient for day trips, whilst still in a quiet and nice area The hotel has a very nice spa, great also for families, friendly and very helpful staff, and the breakfast had a very good choice of local dishes, fresh fruit juices and good quality. Very peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious the hot tub was lovely and the staff were very hospitable. We would stay again but would stay longer next time.

Great location, close to main attractions like Thermal Baths and restaurants. Very clean hotel, fab breakfast. We had a room for 5 people with comfortable beds, AC and a balcony. Definitely recommend for everyone.

We booked this pleasing hotel coming back up from Zakopane for our last night stay. Hotel modern and clean with good facilities. Used the swimming pool (which doesn't use much chlorine due to UV filter) with various water therapy jets. Room very large, it felt slightly unfinished (TV was hung on wall at a an angle, we had a kettle but no coffee. Breakfast selection was a delight with the black pudding being delightful.

Trip cut to Zakopane cut short due to loss of passport on route from Kraków.Hotel Receptin staff could not have been more helpful made enquirys over and above expectation to assist. I was travelling alone, bar manageress made me very welcome in bar introduced me to warm cider speciality drink which was great.Very nice new clean hotel close to Main Street .Staff were outstanding helpful pleasant ,friendly and likeable.I would highly recommend this hotel just wish I could have stayed longer,
