"Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."

"The beachfront view is beautiful, and the hotel’s common areas, including the lobby, gift shop, and restaurant, are all very pleasant and well maintained.
However, there were several aspects of my stay that were disappointing. The check-in process was delayed by nearly three hours, which significantly impacted the start of our visit. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, the wait was much longer than expected. It appeared that the hotel was short on housekeeping staff that day, as quite an few other guests were also waiting for their rooms to be ready.
The room itself was comfortable, but it did not quite meet the level of quality I would expect from a resort property. The elevator was not particularly clean, the coffee machine in my room was not working, and the hair dryer was quite old and had visible cracks. It still functioned, but it felt as though it could stop working at any time.
That said, the staff members were friendly, professional, and clearly doing their best to manage a difficult situation. I appreciate their efforts and positive attitude despite the staffing shortages. With better maintenance and improved operational readiness, this hotel could provide a much stronger guest experience."
"Everything was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion as a mom traveling alone with a 7, 6 and 4 year old is having bathroom areas directly at pool/water park areas and maybe some wash off stations. Every time one of the kids had to use the bathroom, we all have to get out, get our stuff, go inside to find the closest bathroom. Minor inconvenience but just a suggestion!"
"I was pleased with the room and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was always there to help you if you needed anything. I would stay there again if I am ever back in Plymouth."
"The property was very well maintained and relaxing!! Breakfast was very well attended by all of the staff. Loved the bayside watching the birds. The only thing I would say is it’s missing bar food… bartender was amazing!!!"
