We liked the proximity to Plymouth waterfront, everything was with walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, like family. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant.

It was a very comfortable stay in stormy weather. Nice and quiet - had use of the gym to myself. Everything nice really and staff v helpful given I was at risk of being late for check in.

I was only there for an overnight did not use really any of the amenities. It would’ve been nice if their restaurant had been open, but they said it was scheduled for a few weeks ahead so that will be an additional plus for the hotel. I have been there in the past and their pool is phenomenal especially for kids.

We like this hotel because of it's proximity to Plymouth center. Literally out your door. We overlook any minor complaints because of this. Stayed here a few times and will continue to stay here! It is clean enough and accomodating enough and comfortable enough. The pool looks fun but never used it.

We had an amazing time!! My two young girls LOVED the theme pool and arcade. My husband and I loved the gym. And we all loved the lobby and room. Heather at the front desk was so helpful and kind we I called multiple times with questions before arriving so I was happy to meet her in person when we checked in. She was just as helpful in person. 5 stars all around! Cant wait to return in the future!

It was clean and the staff was pleasant, unfortunately the people in the room next door were very loud, late into the night and up before 6am in the morning. The walls seem very thin and require some respect by all those staying there. These people had no class and ruined the night.

It was a lovely inn in a convenient location! The room was immaculate & the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We didn’t use the pool(very cool)or spa as we were just there overnight! Would highly recommended and would love to stay there again!

Great stay! The first night, we had an issue with the door and couldn't get in. The staff was super about getting it fixed, went above and beyond to assist us, and even comped us a night due to the issue. They are amazing, and the property was amazing, but the best part is the staff. Thank you, and will be staying again soon!

Great location, an easy walk to all downtown shops and restaurants. Our grandson loved the pool and water slide. The property was undergoing renovations while we were there so it is difficult to judge overall condition, amenities and cleanliness. The restaurant, which was closed for renovations, was missed.
